Frequently Asked Questions — Custom Family Portrait
There’s no limit. The selection tool can handle up to 10 subjects, but for larger groups, you can combine multiple options. I’ve taken portraits of groups as large as 29 people—and everyone was clearly recognizable.
Photos taken with a smartphone are more than sufficient. Ideally, you should provide a clear, front-facing photo of each person’s face. It’s not necessary for everyone to be in the same photo—you can send separate photos.
Absolutely. Before I send you the final file, I’ll send you a draft for your approval. You can request as many changes as you need—hairstyle, colors, clothing, or the addition of a detail. Your satisfaction is guaranteed before delivery.
You will receive a high-resolution JPG file via email. It is ready to print in any size: A4, A3, A2, or a custom size. For professional printing, I recommend services like Pixartprinting, Photobox, or your local print shop.
Of course. You place your order as usual and print out the portrait you receive via email to give as a gift. If you’d like the printed portrait delivered directly to the recipient, add the printing option to your order and provide a different shipping address.
Yes. Your home, a symbolic location, a landscape, or a specific setting can be included in the portrait. Just let me know when you place your order and send me a photo of the desired location. Please count this as one additional element in the selector.
I do my best to meet the estimated delivery times, even during peak periods. In November and December, I recommend placing your order at least two weeks before your desired delivery date. For guaranteed delivery within 48 hours, add the priority shipping option to your order.
