Deliveries are made via tracked courier.

The shipping costs at the bottom of the articles are indicated by default. Indeed, the shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the goods.

Dispatch

Buyer is responsible for providing an address that carriers recognize as a deliverable address.

Unfortunately, I have no control over shipping once a package leaves the studio.

If there are any problems with the delivery for reasons beyond our control (the address provided to me is not correct, problems within the shipping company, etc.), I am not responsible for shipping delays.

I am not responsible for errors made by the carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. I am not responsible for shipping delays due to acts of God that are beyond my control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstances that cause unforeseen interference with carrier routes.

Information on the right of withdrawal

For personalized items, the provisions of Article L. 121-20-2, 3° of the Consumer Code apply and deprive the customer of his 7-day withdrawal period and return of personalized goods.

Custom or personalized Orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

But do not hesitate to contact me if there is a problem with your order.

Given the nature of these items, before sending a photo of the personalized product will be sent for validation.

Returns conditions

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
